  1. A group discount of $25 is available to groups of individuals from the same company who register at the same time registering under the "Business Rate". All members of the group must be paying conference fees. Workshop-only registrations or those receiving waived conference fees cannot be considered part of a group. Group rate is available only for Early and Regular registration. To find out how to obtain this group rate, please contact the registrar at registrar@sesug.org.
  2. Verification of eligibility for this reduced rate will be required by the Registrar.
  3. Presenters should wait for paper acceptance prior to registering with the Presenter rate.
  4. Those applying for the student rate must email the registrar prior to registering to verify their student status. Eligibility for the reduced rate will be verified by showing the Registrar a copy of the student's current course schedule showing enrollment and full-time status. The Student rate is available to full-time students of an accredited degree-granting institution.
  5. A reduced tutorial fee of $0 is available for Grant Recipients for the first tutorial. Any additional tutorials are at the regular price.

  1. This registration fee is for people that are taking a tutorial but not attending the main conference events. The tutorial fee is in addition to this fee.
  2. A reduced tutorial fee of $0 is available for Grant Recipients for the first tutorial. Any additional tutorials are at the regular price.

Payment Policy

Payment of registration and conference tutorial fees may be made by credit card. SESUG does not accept purchase orders. The amount charged for registration is based on whether payment is made on or before the end date for the corresponding registration fee (i.e. payment for a registration made within the early registration time period must be submitted on or before August 20, 2023). If payment is not submitted by the end date for the corresponding registration fee, registration fees will be increased to those of the next registration time period.


Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations on or prior to October 6, 2023 will receive a refund of the registration fees paid MINUS a 5% processing fee. Cancellations received after October 6, 2023 will not be refunded. Note that the conference and each tutorial are considered individual sessions.
