Air Travel

The most convenient airport is Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR).  The airport is about 13 minutes from the hotel.

Taxi service from the airport to the hotel costs approximately $40.

 
Driving Directions

Hotel Entrance
Once at the hotel entrance tell the guard that you are headed to the Embassy Suites and just follow the signs.


Directions to the Hotel

Directions from Myrtle Beach Airport:
Leaving airport, turn right at first light onto Robert M. Grissom Parkway.  Continue approximately 7 miles then merge onto Hwy 31 North.  Follow Hwy 31 North for approximately 5 miles to Hwy 22 East.  From Hwy 22 take the Kings Road exit, turning right at bottom of ramp.  Follow Kings Road for 1.2 miles and the Kingston Plantation entrance is on the left.

Directions from Highway 501 via Highway 22 East:
Follow Hwy 501 past Aynor to Hwy 22 East.  Follow Hwy 22 East for 28 miles.  Take Kings Road exit and turn right at bottom of ramp.  Plantation entrance is 1.2 miles on left.

Directions from Highway 501:
Follow Hwy 501, picking up Hwy 31 North just after the Myrtle Beach Factory Stores.  Follow Hwy 31 North for approximately 11 miles to Hwy 22 East (toward North Myrtle Beach).  From Hwy 22 East, follow the Kings Road exit, turning right at the bottom of the ramp.  Follow Kings Road for 1.2 miles and the Kingston Plantation entrance is on the left.

Directions from I-95 North:
Follow I-95 North to Highway 327, Exit 170.  Follow Highway 327 to the end, turning left onto 76/301 which will lead to Highway 501 South.  Follow Highway 501 South to the exit for Highway 22 East, continuing on Highway 22 East for approximately 26 miles.  Take the Kings Road exit, turning right at the bottom of the exit ramp.  Kingston Plantation will be approximately 1.2 miles on the left.

Directions from I-95 South & Hwy 9:
Travel I-95 South to Dillon, SC.  Take Hwy 9 East to North Myrtle Beach, picking up Hwy 31 south, toward Myrtle Beach/Georgetown.  Follow Hwy 31 South for 7 miles to Hwy 22 East exit marked Myrtle Beach (left lane).  Follow Hwy 22 East, taking Kings Road exit.  Turn right at bottom of ramp onto Kings Road and follow for approximately 1.2 miles.  Plantation entrance is on the left.

Directions from Highway 9:
Take Hwy 9 East to North Myrtle Beach, picking up Hwy 31 south, toward Myrtle Beach/Georgetown.  Follow Hwy 31 South for 7 miles to Hwy 22 East exit marked Myrtle Beach (left lane).  Follow Hwy 22 East, taking Kings Road exit.  Turn right at bottom of ramp onto Kings Road and follow for approximately 1.2 miles.  Plantation entrance is on the left.

Directions from Atlanta:
Follow I-20 East to Columbia, SC and on toward Florence, SC.  Pick up I-95 North and follow to Highway 327, Exit 170.  Follow Highway 327 to the end, turning left onto 76/301 which will lead to Highway 501 South.  Follow Highway 501 South to the exit for Highway 22 East, continuing on Highway 22 East for approximately 26 miles.  Take the Kings Road exit, turning right at the bottom of the exit ramp.  Kingston Plantation will be approximately 1.2 miles on the left.

Directions from Calabash, NC:
Follow 17 Business South towards Myrtle Beach.  Merge on to SC-9 N toward SC-31/Myrtle Beach/Georgetown 1.9 miles.  Merge onto SC-31 S/Carolina Bays Pkwy/John B Singleton Pkwy toward Myrtle Beach/Georgetown 7.5 miles.  Merge onto SC-22E/Veterans Hwy toward Myrtle Beach 1.9 miles.  Take the exit for Kings Road – follow to stop sign and turn right onto Kings Road 1.3 miles.  Follow Kings Road for 1.5 miles – Kingston Plantation Resort entrance will be on the left hand side of the road.

Directions from Charlotte, NC:
Follow I-77 South to Columbia, SC, picking up I-20 East toward Florence, SC.  From I-20 East pick up I-95 North and follow to Highway 327, Exit 170.  Follow Highway 327 to the end, turning left onto 76/301 which will lead to Highway 501 South.  Follow Highway 501 South to the exit for Highway 22 East, continuing on Highway 22 East for approximately 26 miles.  Take the Kings Road exit, turning right at the bottom of the exit ramp.  Kingston Plantation will be approximately 1.2 miles on the left.

Directions from Greensboro, NC:
Follow Highway 220 South to Rockingham, NC.  Take Highway 74 East to Hamlet, NC.  From there follow Highway 38 East to Highway 501 South.   Follow Highway 501 South to the exit for Highway 22 East, continuing on Highway 22 East for approximately 26 miles.  Take the Kings Road exit, turning right at the bottom of the exit ramp.  Kingston Plantation will be approximately 1.2 miles on the left.

Directions from Raleigh, NC:
Follow I-40 W towards Wilmington.  Continue on I-140 W bypass around Wilmington.  Exit toward US-17/US-421 N.  Keep right at fork and follow signs for Myrtle Beach/US-17 S/Carolina Beach/Clinton/US-421 and merge onto US-17/US-421 N.  Take ramp onto NC-133 S/US-17 S/US-74 W/US-76 W.  Continue to follow US-17 S/US-74 W/US-76 W.  Exit onto Ocean Hwy E/US-17 toward Shallotte.  Continue on US-17 entering South Carolina.  Take ramp onto Hwy-9 E/SC-9.  Merge onto SC-31 S via the ramp to Georgetown/Myrtle Beach.  Take the exit onto SC-22 toward Myrtle Beach.  Take Kings Road exit.  Turn right at Kings Road.  Kingston Plantation will be approximately 1.2 miles on the left.

Directions from Columbia, SC:
Follow I-20 East toward Florence, picking up I-95 North. follow to Highway 327, Exit 170.  Follow Highway 327 to the end, turning left onto 76/301 which will lead to Highway 501 South.  Follow Highway 501 South to the exit for Highway 22 East, continuing on Highway 22 East for approximately 26 miles.  Take the Kings Road exit, turning right at the bottom of the exit ramp.  Kingston Plantation will be approximately 1.2 miles on the left.
