- Academic rate is available to full-time faculty and staff of an accredited degree-granting institution. Academic rate is available only for Early and Regular registration. Verification of eligibility for the reduced rate will be required by the Registrar.
- Those applying for the student rate must email the registrar prior to registering to verify their student status. Eligibility for the reduced rate will be verified by showing the Registrar a copy of the student's current course schedule showing enrollment and full-time status. The Student rate is available to full-time students of an accredited degree-granting institution. The Student rate is available only for Early and Regular registration.

- This registration fee is for people that are taking a tutorial but not attending the main conference events. The tutorial fee is in addition to this fee.

- This is available for those registered for the conference. The morning and afternoon content is the same. Please sign up for one or the other during registration.
Payment Policy
Payment of registration and conference tutorial fees may be made by credit card. SESUG does not accept purchase orders. The amount charged for registration is based on whether payment is made on or before the end date for the corresponding registration fee (i.e. payment for a registration made within the early registration time period must be submitted on or before August 20, 2022). If payment is not submitted by the end date for the corresponding registration fee, registration fees will be increased to those of the next registration time period.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations on or prior to October 9, 2022 will receive a refund of the registration fees paid MINUS a $25 processing per session registered. Cancellations received after October 9, 2022 will not be refunded. Note that the conference and each tutorial are considered individual sessions.
