Registering for the SESUG 2021 Conference

SESUG registration for the 2021 Virtual Conference will open in Summer 2021. Because this year's conference is virtual, we have simplified the registration fee structure to include flat rates based on early, regular and late registration. More information will be shared soon regarding when SESUG 2021 registration will open.

Payment Policy

Payment of registration and conference tutorial fees may be made by credit card. SESUG does not accept purchase orders. The amount charged for registration is based on whether payment is made on or before the end date for the corresponding registration fee (i.e. payment for a registration made within the early registration time period must be submitted on or before July 31, 2021). If payment is not submitted by the end date for the corresponding registration fee, registration fees will be increased to those of the next registration time period.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Conference registrations that are cancelled via letter or e-mail by October 9, 2021 will receive a refund of the conference registration fees MINUS a $25 processing charge. Conference registration cancellations received after October 9, 2021 will not be refunded. If you are unable to attend the conference, your registration fee can be transferred, at no charge, to another attendee with the approval of the conference registrar.
