Because Williamsburg is centrally located, we anticipate many of our attendees will be arriving by car. If you are checking in to the hotel, the main lobby is accessible from the front arrival circle. Valet parking is available for a fee or you may park your vehicle on your own in one of the lots shown below. If you are not staying at the hotel as a guest, please use the Day Guest lot that is located directly across S. England St from the hotel.

Three airports are situated within a 45-mile drive of the Williamsburg area. The Williamsburg Lodge does not provide shuttle service from any of these airports, so transportation must be arranged.

If you happen to use their main site, remember to mention SESUG and the company will still honor the discount rate. Although Norfolk International Airport is not currently listed, enough inquiries about service from this airport may lead to discount rates there too - so do not hesitate to reach out to the company and let them know that is your preferred airport. Remember to start booking your travel early!

The Northeast Regional Amtrak line, which runs from Boston to Roanoke, stops in Williamsburg at the Williamsburg Transportation Center. Once in Williamsburg, it is only a 5 min car/taxi ride (or a 20 minute walk if you packed lightly and want some fresh air) to the Williamsburg Lodge.
