SESUG is happy to offer an enhanced Student Grant Program for the SESUG 2012 conference. This is a competitive program, supported by SAS®, that recognizes students who would like to learn more about SAS by attending the annual SESUG conference in Durham, NC - October 14-16, 2012.
If you are a full-time student at an accredited degree-granting college or university and using SAS in your studies or research, then you could qualify.
Who is Eligible for a Student Grant?
Only full time students in a degree-granting program, at time of application and at time of conference (October 14-16, 2012).
Only students who use SAS software for research or studies.
Students who have already received a scholarship are eligible, but priority will be given to students who have not received a grant before.
To be eligible for the travel reimbursement, a student must present at least one paper and submit their travel receipts. Travel costs will be reimbursed after the conference and after the receipts are submitted.
Students presenting a paper will receive priority consideration for the grant.

The basic grant provides the very low registration rate of $50 and the very low room rate of $50 per night for Sunday and Monday night.
Students who have a paper accepted and agree to present will be considered for the Basic Grant plus a maximum $300 travel stipend. Receipts for travel expenses will be required.
Students presenting a paper will receive priority consideration for the grant.
