  1. Group Rates are based on the number of individuals in the group, with larger groups eligible for larger discounts. Group discounts are capped 35% and are available to groups of individuals from the same company who register simultaneously. Members getting waived or discounted registration fees cannot be considered as part of the group. To determine the group rate for your organization, contact the Registrar at registrar@sesug.org
  2. Verification of eligibility for this rate will be required by the Registrar.
  3. Students must email the registrar prior to registering to verify student status. Student rate is available to students of an accredited degree-granting institution.
  4. All grant recipients receive one free tutorial, additional tutorials are $100 each.

Payment Policy

Payment of registration and conference tutorial fees may be made by credit card. SESUG does not accept purchase orders. The amount charged for registration is based on whether payment is made on or before the end date for the corresponding registration fee (i.e. payment for a registration made within the early registration time period must be submitted on or before August 11, 2025). If payment is not submitted by the end date for the corresponding registration fee, registration fees will be increased to those of the next registration time period.


Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations on or prior to September 9, 2025 will receive a refund of the registration fees paid MINUS a 5% processing fee. Cancellations received after September 9, 2025 will not be refunded. Note that the conference and each tutorial are considered individual sessions.
