The conference will be held at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Savannah, located in the heart of America’s largest historic district.  Located on (and above!) the famous River Street, you can enjoy cocktails on the largest river view balcony in Savannah, reinvigorate with a dip in the heated indoor pool, or workout in the StayFitTM fitness center.

As of late August, our block of rooms at the Hyatt is sold out.  While we do encourage you to check back with the hotel for possible cancellations, the following overflow hotels are very close to the Hyatt: The Andaz Savannah, the Bohemian, River Street Inn, and the Holiday Inn Express on Bay St. Slightly further away, but within a 5 minute walk, are: Four Points by Sheraton (on MLK Jr Blvd), Doubletree by Hilton (on W. Bay St), the Marshall House, Staybridge Suites (on E. Bay St), Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden Inn.

Also, please note that the state of Georgia has recently added a $5 per night surcharge to all hotel rooms, as described in this letter.  This is in addition to the standard 13% tax on hotel rooms.
