Please note that Harbourside Travel Services, Inc., is authorized to reserve rooms at the Omni Jacksonville Hotel at the special SESUG conference rate of $109 per night. However, they cannot reserve Government-Rate rooms at the Omni, nor can they reserve rooms at the special SESUG rate at the Club Hotel by Doubletree or the Economy Inns of America. Attendees should call these hotels directly for reservations.

During the conference, SESUG ‘97 will arrange daily transportation between the Omni and Doubletree Club hotels . However, attendees staying at the Club Hotel by Doubletree who prefer not to be bound to the SESUG ‘97 transportation schedule may prefer to make arrangements with their preferred car rental agency. Attendees staying at the Economy Inns of America or at other locations in Jacksonville are responsible for their own transportation to and from the Omni.
Parking at the Jacksonville Omni Hotel for registered guests is currently $6.00 per day during the week, and $4.00 per day on the weekend, which includes unlimited "in and out" privileges. Valet parking is also available for an additional charge. There will be a limited number of discount parking coupons available at the Registration Desk for attendees who choose not to stay at the Omni. However, these are only good on a day-to-day basis, and do not include unlimited "in and out" privilege. Please note that these rates are accurate as of the publication of this Registration booklet. While we do not anticipate any changes prior to our conference, we cannot be responsible for changes in these parking rates.
