Using ODS to Capture Statistics from PROC GLM

Abstract:
Before ODS, the only way to get statistical values from many of SAS's PROCs was to direct the procedure output to a file using PROC PRINTTO and then to read that file with a DATA step to extract the values you needed. ODS makes it possible to avoid this aw
kward and error-prone process. The poster shows how to use ODS to capture p-values from PROC GLM, but the basic techniques that it demonstrates can be applied to other PROC GLM statistics and to other statistical procedures, too.
